We traveled to Mexico and developed a tortilla machine that cuts the dough into our signature SQUARE shape. It’s not a gimmick – its functional. A folded square tortilla holds the filling more evenly, is easier to hold, and reduces spillage. MORE FILLING, LESS SPILLING™. Of course, our square tortillas are made with traditional ingredients – 100% fresh ground corn and water. That’s it. No preservatives, no trans or saturated fats, gluten free and vegan, naturally. You’d be hard pressed to find a better, fresher tortilla.
