Cabana Club and Cabana Breezes were two of the first few structures built in Key Colony Beach by Mr. Phil Sadowski. They are still operating as envisioned back in the late 50's, a swim club and a restaurant. Cabana Club has been owned an operated by the Tracy family since 1979.
